fire protection measures on site like warning signs, safety enclosure and fire extinguisher shall be properly adopted in compliance with test requirements and safety requirements.6.2 屏柜安装就位,外部电缆接线完毕;屏柜接地系统安装完毕,与主接地网连通;保护装置直流电源接线完毕,具备送电条件。The panel is installed on position and outer cables are connected; the panel grounding system is installed in conjunction with main grounding network; DC power supply for protection device is connected, suitable for power transmission.6.3 保护系统设计图纸、技术说明书、出厂试验报告等技术资料齐全、正确;保护装置定值单已经完成。Technical documents of protection system like design drawing, technical manual and delivery test report shall be complete and correct; setting list of protection device has been completed.6.4 熟悉与保护系统相关的一次、二次设备运行情况;制定在检验工作过程中确保系统安全运行的技术措施;合格的装置检验所使用的仪器、仪表;安全可靠的试验电源;Familiar with operation conditions of primary and secondary devices relating to protection system;establish technical measures to ensure safe operation of system during inspection; qualified apparatus and instruments used for the device inspection; safe and reliable power supply for the test;6.5 根据设计院“发电机—变压器保护跳闸接口图纸”和“厂变保护跳闸接口图(30-H000902S-D0603-507)”整定发电机-变压器组保护装置跳闸出口控制字;利用DBG2000调试软件对各个保护跳闸出口功能进行传动,在端子排处测试保护跳闸出口继电器动作正确。According to the design drawing of tripping output of generator-transformer unit protection and the design drawing of tripping output of step-down transformer protection (30-H000902S-D0603-507), set the logic setting of tripping output for generator-transformer unit protection. Using the auxiliary software (DBG2000) test every tripping output of all protection functions. To verify that tripping output relay operates correctly on the terminal strip.6.6 检验发电机-变压器组保护系统与汽轮机系统DEH(用于汽轮机减负荷)之间的连锁关系正确。Verify the interlocking relation between protection system of generator-transformer unit and steam-turbine system (DEH, which is used to shed load of steam turbine)6.7 检验发电机-变压器组保护系统与反应堆系统之间的连锁关系正确。Verify the interlocking relation between protection system of generator-transformer unit and reactor system7 临时设施 Temporary Facilities7.1 在第一次进行保护带开关传动试验时,应将所传动断路器的操作机构放置在“试验位置”,在第一次试验合格后,再将操作机构放置在“工作位置”进行试验。When the first protection test is performed to drive a circuit breaker, the control circuit of the drived circuit breaker should be set as test status, after the first test is passed, and the control circuit of the drived circuit breaker can be set as service status to perform testing.7.2试验时,主电气回路一般不允许带电,必要时事先必须经过运行部门的同意,并由运行部门作好相应的安全措施后方可进行试验。When the test is performed, usually not allowed to live main electrical circuit, if necessary, the agreement from operation department must be gained in advance, and then the test could be performed after the appropriate security measures should be made by operation department.7.3 试验区域必须由运行部门作好安全围栏,不允许“非试验人员”进入。Test area must be protected by security fence which is set up by operation department, not allow "non-testing personnel" to enter.8 注意事项 Precautions8.1 继电保护检验人员在运行设备上进行检验工作时,必须得到相关人员许可同意,遵照相关规定履行工作许可手续,工作前做好交流回路、出口回路的安全措施。Before carrying out inspection on equipments in operation, the relay protection inspector shall get approval from relevant personnel fulfill work approval procedure according to relevant regulations and take safety measures on AC circuit and output circuit before work.8.2 现场提供安全可靠的检修试验电源,禁止从运行设备上接取试验电源。规定有接地端的测试仪表,不允许直接接到直流电源回路中,防止发生直流电源接地现象。Safe and reliable power supply for maintenance test shall be provided on site. It is forbidden to acquire test-use power from the equipments in operation. Test instruments with specified grounding terminal are not allowed to be directly connected to DC power circuit to prevent from grounding of DC power supply.8.3 断开保护装置的电源后才允许插、拔插件,且必须有防止因静电损坏插件的措施;更换芯片时要使用专用起拔器;交流测试仪、交流电源电子仪器与电源绝缘良好,仪器外壳与保护装置在同一点接地。Plug-in module is not allowed to be inserted or pulled until power of protection device is shut off, meanwhile, and the measures to protect plug-in module against damage from static electricity have to be taken; replace chip with special extractor; AC test apparatus and AC power electronic appliances shall be well insulated from power supply, while instrument casing and protection device shall be grounded ata same point.9 试验过程 Test Process9.1 屏柜及装置检验Inspection of panel and device9.1.1 屏柜及装置外部检查;External check of panel and device;1)检查装置的实际构成情况:装置的配置,装置的型号,额定参数(直流电源额定电压,交流额定电流,交流额定电压);Check actual constitution of device: Device configuration, device type, rated parameters (rated voltage of DC power supply, AC rated current, AC rated voltage);2)主要设备、辅助设备工艺质量;Process quality of main device and auxiliary device;3)屏柜标志清晰正确;符合图纸及运行规程;Panel marking shall be legible and correct; Comply with drawing and operation procedure;4)保护装置插件、元器件外观检查;端子排接线检查;Appearance check of protection device plug-in module and elements; check of terminal block connection;9.1.2 绝缘试验 Insulation test1)按照保护装置技术说明书要求,拔出插件,断开与其他保护的弱电联系回路,将打印机与保护装置连接断开,分别测量各个交流回路,直流回路,跳合闸回路,开关量回路、信号回路等的绝缘电阻值,要求阻值均大于20M欧,满足运行要求。(测量某一组回路绝缘电阻时,应将其他各组回路可靠接地)。According to requirements of protection device technical manual, pull out plug-in module, disconnect electronic circuits with other protections, disconnect printer with protection device, and measure insulation resistance value of each AC circuit, DC circuit, trip and closing circuit, binary input circuit and signal circuit respectively. All resistance values are required to be more than 20 MΩand meet operation requirement. (When measuring insulation resistance of a certain group of circuits, other groups of circuits shall be reliably grounded).9.1.3 保护装置上电检查 Energizing check of protection device1)装置上电后,装置正常工作;检查记录保护装置的硬件和软件版本号、校验码等信息;When energized, the device can operate normally; Check and record information on protection device hardware and software version and check code etc.2)逆变电源检查;测量逆变电源的各级输出电压值;直流电源缓慢上升时的自启动性能检验;固定试验直流电源80%额定电压值,拉合直流电源开关,逆变电源可靠启动。Check of inverter power supply: Measure output voltage value of each stage of inverter power supply; self-starting performance inspection during slow increase of DC power supply; fix voltage of test-use DC power at 80% rated voltage value, close DC power supply switch, and the inverter power supply can reliably start.3)保护装置电源消失后,保护装置被闭锁,向外部发保护装置闭锁信号。After the protection device is loss of power supply, the protection device is blocked and the failure signal of the protection device is issued to other devices.9.1.4 开关量输入回路检验Inspection of binary input circuit1)在保护屏柜端子排处,按照装置技术说明书规定的试验方法,对所有引入端子排的开关量输入回路依次加入激励量,检验装置的行为;分别接通、断开连接片及转动把手,检验装置的行为。Energizing quantity shall be added in turn into all binary input circuits introduced into terminal blocks on the location of terminal blocks of the relay panels according to the test method specified in technical manual of the device, and inspect the activities of the device; Connect and disconnect links respectively while turning the handle, and inspect the activities of the device.9.1.5 输出接点及输出信号检验 Inspection of output contact and output signal1)按照装置技术说明书规定的试验方法,依次观察装置所有输出接点及输出信号的通断状态。Observe on/off status of all output contacts and output signals of the device in turn according to testmethod specified in the technical specification of the device.9.1.6 模数变换系统检验Inspection of A/D conversion system1)检验零点漂移,装置不输入交流电流、交流电压,装置采样零漂满足装置技术条件规定。Inspect zero point drift. Input current and voltage of different amplitude and phase separately according to the test method specified in the technical manual of the device, the sampling value of the device shall satisfy technical conditions of the device.9.1.7根据设计院“发电机—变压器保护跳闸接口图纸”和“厂变保护跳闸接口图(30-H000902S-D0603-507)”整定发电机-变压器组保护装置各个元件的跳闸方式和跳闸出口控制字;利用DBG2000调试工具保护出口继电器传动试验功能,检验各个保护元件动作方式及跳闸出口继电器,LOCKOUT继电器和辅助继电器;各个保护元件的跳闸出口继电器动作正确,出口继电器操作的各个断路器动作正确。According to the design drawing of tripping output of generator-transformer unit protection and the design drawing of tripping output of step-down transformer protection (30-H000902S-D0603-507), set the logic setting of tripping output and output methods of every protection elements for generator-transformer unit protection. Using the auxiliary software (DBG2000) test output methods of every protection elements, tripping output relay, LOCKOUT relay and auxiliary relay. To verify that tripping output relay operates correctly and every circuit breakers controlled by the tripping output relays operate correctly.根据故障和异常运行方式性质可分别动作于如下:According to the nature of faults
